About MyHero
An Arabic freelance marketplace, from an Egyptian software company
MyHero brings clients and freelancers together: services at clear prices, projects with proposals, and payments held in escrow until the work is delivered. The platform is built and operated by OCTA Solution.
Who is behind MyHero
OCTA Solution (حلول أوكتا) is an Egyptian software company based in Cairo, founded in 2021.
We build Arabic-first business software and SaaS platforms for Egypt and Saudi Arabia. MyHero is one of them: we develop it, run it and support its users.

How we protect both sides
- Escrow paymentsPayments go through a licensed gateway and are held until the client approves the delivery.
- The agreement is keptEvery contract automatically records the price, milestones, timelines and commission; any change is a new version both sides accept.
- On-platform messagingConversations are kept on the platform, and outside contact details are hidden so nobody is pulled out of escrow.
- Fair disputesIf something goes wrong, a dedicated team reviews the full agreement, chat and deliveries before deciding, with one appeal.
